Q.

hi I have went through a c section delivery and know from few days I am having a back spin pain when I am standing or sitting without any back support can you suggest me any tips to stop it

A. well you mudt taje calcium daily and try yo take more of dairy products and see. then try yo do light exercise yoo as that eikll help you a lot ok
