Q.

Hi...I have twins babies. And it's been 2 years and 3 months of both.But still they have not learned to speak and are not paying attention to our side. And they explain to me everything they need by gestures. They know how to start TV and use mobile.

A. we need to evaluate the babies properly particularly neurological evaluation and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
