Aparna SsharmaMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy11 months agoA. yes dandruff causes hairfall. you can use mamaearth lemon anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner. both are paraben and SLS free. removes dandruff and gives relief from itchy scalp. keeps scalp clean and happy with soft and silky hairs.

you can consult your dermatologist. also avoid hot water hair wash..., as it accumulat. more dandruff.
