Hi, I have not resume my periods from last 2and half years, after the birth of my daughter, I am still feeding my baby and is a pcod patient also.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well two years is very long ok. this is pcod get treatment. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
