Hi, I have got nose bleeding day before yesterday, so it's not an issue right?

A. hi it happens because of heat or high BP etc so better to visit your gynecologist for once take Healthy diet avoid taking processed oily spicy food. limit your salt and sugar intake. drink plenty of water. take enough sleep.
