hi...I have gone through 3rd c-sec 7 months back.iam facing the issue about me iam still dint come back to my normal weight or my energy levels can anyone suggest some answers tq

C-section is not at all easy to deal with you must be knowing you have been through C3 C-sections antibodies resistance also comes down after that so I think that’s the only reason take proper supplements Iron multivitamin calcium that’s mandatory for You for at least one year further more still if you feel the similar kind of a problem then I would suggest you to consult your doctor ones for this
