Hi... I have delivered a week ago... I'm getting severe backache...an u give me a solution plzzz

A. You can put a painkiller cream over there and after that you can actually keep a hot water bottle that’s going to help you can also do Keagle exercises are very beneficial normally with C-section delivery this kind of pain is possible due to the epidural that they put it into your spine
