hi I have delivered a second baby n completed 4 months.i have a hair fall issue.lots of hair fall in each day please suggest what should I do?

A. hello hairfall post delivery is normal n is due to harmonal changes n make sure to have a healthy balanced food in the diet n will help in the kids growth also
