Hi!I have delivered a baby boy on 8th of December 2023 and breastfeeding him. My skin has damaged a lot and have pigmentation and dark spots, dark circles.Can I use ayurvedic Kanchankaya cream or Kumkumadi fairness cream containing saffron, manjistha, haridra during lactation?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom these changes are quite normal and occurs due to lot of hormonal and bodily changes as well. if you could avoid for first 3 months its fine , you can check it with the ayurvedic doctor
