hi, I have c section delivery and it's been 1 month and am facing abdomen period cramps and leg cramps is it normal.

Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective also once get proper examination done
