Hi, I have a two weeks baby and in my nipple I have a whiteish at the tip and too much of pain and I couldn’t feed because of the pain. I’m using butter and nipcare cream even though I have too much of pain. So could you please suggest me a solution for it.

A. Hello dear parent! Try warm compress on the paining area in between two feeds. If the problem is severe then consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
