Hi, I have a back pain problem after my pregnancy and I feel tired for doing small works also. Please suggest me what to do.

A. hi mom back pain is quite common after delivery due to lax abdominal and back muscles so u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar fat do yoga brisk walk cycling etc according to ur comfort level
