Hi, I had stopped feeding my baby since 1 week. My breasts are engorged and painful. I have taken tablets as well after consultation with gynae. Does anyone have any video how to massage or extract extra milk from breast?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can check the video on YouTube and manually express the milk and before that apply warm compress on breast to keep it soft and it reduces tenderness take care and stay safe
