hi i had normal delivery on 12 june and have 3 stiches. now my stiches are paining that much so i can't even stand Or sit.

Well If your stitches are paining too much then kindly consult your gynaecologist once because a check up would be required to know as to why I are you are stitches are paining what is the reason right now as without that it would be very difficult to comment on it
