Hi ,, I had my periods last month. This month I got periods 20days delayed. During my second day of periods I felt slight dizziness. after that I feel my head heavy. Then I checked my BP.it is 90/60 i.e., border line of low BP. Doctor said it will be dehydration or due to breastfeeding during periods I might be weak that's why BP dropped. So is that normal or anything to worry??? Because I feel my head is heavy ... Pls clear my doubt..
