Q.

Hi, I had cesarean 5 weeks ago. For past few days I m observing that whenever I am getting up from bed or chair I feel like something kinda balls are jumping inside my lower abdomen. But since yesterday I m using my hand for supporting my lower abdomen then I m not feeling the latter. Also I feel pain (like muscular pain) in my vulva and it's surrounding area ligaments from sitting to standing procedure. Is this normal after cesarean?

A. since it's just 5 weeks after cesarean it is normal to feel that and the best way to cure it is having proper abdomen bandaging with the cotton saree which will help relieve the Complaints but if you are also feeling pain during this then you should once consult with your doctor for proper examination

A. Yes it is very common with a lot of C-section mother they can often face this kind of an issue but if the problem is much for you then it’s better to consult your gynaecologist one time and also I would highly recommend you that you should go ahead be doing Keagle exercise is there going to be very beneficial for you
