Hi i had c section delivery last 3 monts back but still my wounds didn't heal plzzz suggest me a cream or tablet????

Usually it takes 30-45 days to heal stitches from outside ,but for complete recovery inside stitches ,back support you need to take care 3-5 months avoiding weight lifting, washing clothes, mopping, bending, standing long hours , using stairs more.
