hi... i got my period on 7 aug after 3 month of delivery. i got fever yesterday. i tried zandu striveda for breast milk. what is the reason of fever.

might be you catch some infection.
drink plenty of fluids.
keep good hygiene.
take pcm tablet if temperature is more than 100 F.
