Q.
hi ,I got girl baby by normal delivery last 10 days back .I have motion problem like piles from my during pregnancy still now.after delivery baby also I am getting too much pain while going motion.During normal delivery with stitching happened to me .what's the solution to recover this motion problem ,please help me out this problem.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. at present we can take some laxatives temporally but take lot of green leafy vegetables adequate water to drink all seasonal fruits to avoid constipation and high fibre diet is important

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also have fluids and fibre rich food in the diet
