yes it is common to get it.
to prevent and cure this ,first maintain good hydration.
drink plenty of fluids.
take fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more and more.
take support while sitting.
you can sit in warm water tub with pinch of salt in it for 10 to 15 minutes ,it will give relief in pain.
