Q.

Hi i got crack and redness in aerola part... While feeding latching... While sitting also i am getting pain... What i need to do

A. Use a nipple shield for the child that is what is going to be good and nipple shield is going to be good for you to protect your nipples along with that also I’m going to advise you that apply Boroline cream regularly
