#asktheexpert i have nipple crack on my both breasts. feeding time is so painful and areola part had lesions and redness formed. how to cure this? pls suggest any oinments or nipple shield

apply nipcare cream there
for temporary period,use Babyhug nipple shield while feeding your child which help to prevent pain
