its very important to mate with your partner only then you can plan for a baby.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.

please consult with your gynecologist regarding that as usually during the breast feeding time for postpartum period you might be tired and you may not be interested in the intercourse.
it's better to consult with your gynecologist and take a proper opinion if you have such kind of issues
