Q.

hi I delivered my 2nd baby last month. I got obease during my first child pregnancy. now with my 2nd baby I'm 10 kg more. when should I start workout ? can I do squat exersise? what should I avoid from my diet whithout effecting breast milk supply? should I use a tummy belt? it's been 45 days after my 2nd delivery

A. hi parent after completing six months please avoid maida items and packaged food please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
