A. hi parent irregular cycles are common in post partum till 1 year so no need to worry about it if in doubt get pregnancy test done o k s y

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
