Q.
Hi, I delivered baby in March 2021 and got periods in April and May and then it stopped. I am breastfeeding my baby. Is this normal or do I have to consult gynecologist?

Hi Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment in persons Ut may be due to hormone changes
