Hi I am worried about my 3 yrs old daughter as she is 11.60 kg only not gaining weight.she is not eating meal properly.

Hello mom their has to be reason as to why the child is not eating well .. kids normally this age tend to very fussy eaters .. so you have to build in that interest in them and present the regular foods in different ways and forms for them and read some age appropriate books while feeding
