Q.

Hi. I am the mother of a 7 month old baby boy. My milk production has reduced significantly from last month. What can i do to increase it?

A. You can start taking methi dana powder in the morning and chew fennel and start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals abd always gave a glass of water after feeding the baby

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Check if your baby is teething. Use Babyhug teethers. Good luck and take care
