Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time.
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same.
Iron and Zinc also plays  important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out.
A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also neces;0usary . 
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Hairbfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body. To control it, include proteins, vitamins and iron rich foods in your diet with plenty of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
