hi.. I am mother of 3 months baby....I need to know the list of food items which will be going to cool or hot my body... because if my body becomes hot automatically my baby is also become hot.. due to that she is having motions due to summer...

A. Hello ma’am Eat less spicy food I am good amount of liquid and special water you don’t like about 6 to 7 L of water you should have on an everyday basis have you know sharbat and all these things because they’re very good to go keep you more cool have lemonade have Lassi have buttermilk all kind of liquid and easy to digest food like Khichdi or porridge or something like that
