A. It is very Normal but still for a proper confirmation regarding this query you should consult with your doctor sqwo that after a proper examination your doctor will give you the best guidance .

A. it may be urine inf . Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
