hi I am mother of 3.7yr boy.he was a good water ..but from past 1o days he is showing nauesa ..before 1o days I had given mutton from next day onwards he is doing like this ..we are giving gas and indigestion med ..but as per doctor advice it's completed 7days course of med .now what to do .pka advice .my husband saying to do LFT test as loss of appetite and nauesa symptoms of liver issues ..is it right .pls suggest me what to do exactly..
