Q.
Hi. I am mother of 1 year old and still breastfeeding. Govt has approved covid vaccine for lactating mothers but I am worried if it may have any long term side effects on baby. The vaccine being recently developed and approved due to emergency use has of course no proven long term effects. Seeing expert advice

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello at the present situation it would be better to get vaccinated and your concern is totally accepted but it is also that there is no other option and in regards to the present situation and safety and precautions you better have to get the vaccination done
