Q.

hi i am mother of 1 month baby. the dupply of milk is not equal in both side. left size breast has less supply of milk. even i notices some holes are blocked only 2-3 holes gives milk. how to unblock the holes to get proper milk

A. continue to feed the baby one breast at a time if the baby is passing urine 8 to 10 times per day he is getting sufficient milk put hot fomentation on the breast having pain

A. It is not a necessary that both the breast and going to produce sufficient amount of milk so go ahead with whatever you have start doing hot compress regularly this is going to help very much in opening the clogs and all and best way to go for start me to supplements as well like on Shatavari powder to boost the breastfeeding
