Q.

Hi, i am mom of 3 years and 3 months old baby... i am doing exercise for about 1 hour a day and following intermittent fasting.but my belly is not reducing and weight too. What should i do? where i make a mistake?

A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. do brisk walk or try some yoga or cardio workout to reduce weight. avoid stress. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. Hello dear parent! Continue with your efforts to be physically active as much as possible. Would suggest you to take help from a physical trainer or yoga instructor for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
