hi I am mir javaid i have a son who is 20 months old he has 2 white patches on his cheeks one from left and other from right side moreover he does not eat rice or any supplement as he should be? what should i do now.

A. hello.. This is a very common problem in children . White patches may have many reasons . This seems Pityriasis Alba it is a self limiting problem. use good lotion, maintain skin hygiene and offer a healthy diet is nessesary. offer sll seasonal fruits and vegetables. it resolves itself spontaneously in a few months.. if not do Consult your paedritician first .
