A. Hello! Gradually start giving your child on the healthy home-made foods that you prepare for your family. For breakfast, it can be veggie paratha, idli, dosa, utappam, ragi and so on. For lunch and dinner it can be dal, rice, roti, Sabzi and so on. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that can be included gradually.
