No while breast feeding no medication is suggested Unless it is prescribed by Gynaecologist and that only preferred medicines while Pregnancy and Breast feeding mom's. Consult your Gynaecologist and discuss about your problem whether it is Fever, Body pains,cold doctor will prescribe you required medicine that will not affect your breast feeding.
