Q.

Hi, I am breastfeeding mother of a 4 month old boy. Recently I have noticed that my left breast has dried up and loose. Milk on the right side has also become less. I want to keep my baby on my milk only. How can I increase my milk count?

A. hello try to take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits abd vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially febugreek n dill leaves whoch helps else u can alternatively guve infant formula milk stage 1 usung a bpa free bottle like babyhug
