Q.

Hi. I am breastfed mother of 4 month old baby girl. I got periods on last month. From that day onwards, my bm is low. Now my baby didn't get enough bm. Now i am giving formula feed.Is there way to increase bm supply, once got decreased?

A. well yiu might be eating less so try to eat well abd mire of dal abd dalits and then daliya. tr y to tsje lots of water too in goods ok

A. hello mom, why do you think that your bm supply is not enough for your baby? if baby weight gain and urination frequency is normal then no need to worry.. just keep exclusively breastfeeding your child in between two feedings form for Express the milk which will indicate your body to produce more breast milk also include poppy seeds fenugreek seeds Gond ke laddu oatmeal papaya different green leafy vegetables in your diet
