Q.

hi ..I am being 10 week pregnant.. m facing back pain issue at night.. as I sit n work for more then 8 hours..m geting still more pain.. if I touch my back bone in middle I feel like up side thin in middle kind swell and agin in low it's thin..

A. Hi Try to get up and walk every 1/2 hour . so bridging exercises for strengthening the back Try to add more protein rich foods, & calcium rich foods in your diet.
