hi ..I am at my 7 week of pregnancy ..Dr has recommended meh a syrub called v life a multi vitamin but it's written on that not recommended for pregnant women ..what to do

Then don’t take it when it is very clearly mentioned onto the packet itself and kindly check with your gynaecologist and tell her the same thing that you have seen and ask her to change the supplement it’s completely normal supplements are not advisable for pregnant women so better not to take it and check with your doctor
