A. Congratulations on becoming a new mother! Eating mango should not hurt your stitches, but it's always best to check with your doctor or a healthcare professional just to be safe. It's important to take care of yourself during this postpartum period, so make sure you are getting plenty of rest and nourishing your body with healthy foods. Keep up the great work!

A. No it is not going to hurt your stitches you can definitely have them but just keep it into water for 5 to 6 hours before you consume them as that is going to help in reducing down the heat into the fruit as it will be absorbed by the water is it going to be a good thing
