Q.

Hi! I am a mother of a 2 month old child. Can anyone tell me what exercise can I start doing to get rid of my extra weight? and what food should I eat?

A. you should avoid any excercise atleast for one year.till you are breastfeeding mom, you should only worry and consantrate to your baby only... afterwards you may try lukewarm water with honey, lemon and ginger in the morning with empty stomach and can eat oats.

A. Hello ma’am You just delivered a child you are exclusively breastfeeding the child if you start working out and all these things where do you think the milk will come from you have to wait for the 6 to 8 months before you start going for any work out for normal delivery you can still do a little bit of work out after 3 to 4 months but for C-section it has to be at least eight
