Hi I am a mother of 8 month old baby I got slipdisc can i lift my baby and i want to know the life style to lead this problem. please help for this problem

Avoid lifting ur baby as this can be painful..
Consult your doctor for the exercises to be done to overcome this problem.
Try to maintain straight posture while sitting.
Avoid wearing heels.
