Q.

Hi, i am a mother of 1year and 2 month old boy. I am in australia from last 1 month and being in a new change i am making my baby feel comfortable so that he can accept that nee change, also later i have to join my studies as well as job where the main challenge for me is about breastfeed . Because i want my baby to opt cow milk and leave breastfeed. Please let me know what can i do so that he leave breastfeed and take another milk. Because physically this is making me week internally. Please please help i dont want that he should be empty stomach i give him other things to eat as well but still he want breastfeed and at night I really get tired and have backache because i have to breastfeed him again and again

Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. ...Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. ...Postpone breastfeeding sessions. ...Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. ...Distract your toddler.
