Hi I am a mother of 16month old baby can I drink freezing water because. I am a breast feeding mother so suggest me please

A. Avoid drinking freezing water as it can lead to sore throat and not even good for health so gave normal room temperature water or even you can drink mud vessel or matka water as it becomes cold with time
