I think you’re unable to manage your work life and your personal life that is why this could be happening because when you are unable to meet the deadlines and you know you’re having a lot of pressure from your work then it’s very natural to take out that anger and frustration on the child but that’s not correct so try to meditate and take out your anger on different things of frustration and other things you know but that’s definitely not right for the child this way you are going to drift away your child from you
