Q.

#asktheexperts hi I am into my postpartum time, my baby is 3 mnth old... I am getting angry day by day even my MIL and my in-laws don't understand me doing silly things and make me feel guilty in front of my husband... I spent my postpartum time in a fit of anger. I was under a lot of tension and now my anger has increased so much that I start losing control over myself... what should I do? How should I reduce this...

A. Hello my dear parent! We understand and empathise your situation, but you have to understand that just by getting angry, you are hurting and bothering yourself more than others. Your health will be deteriorating, especially when you’re feeding your baby and you need a good surrounding, nutrition. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Communicate more effectively with your family. You can also take help from your doctor.
