Q.

hi .. I am a mom of 4 yr old kid.. I took my daughter for a dental checkup. after examining the tooth conditions the doctor suggested to fill 2 of the cavities stating that it as initial stage and it may impact rest of the tooth. does the filling is important in toddler.. please advise.. I hear it newly for small kids. I have experienced only for adults such treatments

A. hello mam yes your dentist is perfectly right if we do not take care of the initial cavities or small cavities in the milk teeth then these can lead to infection of the milk teeth and internal affecting the permanent teeth which are present below the milk teeth
