Q.

Hi I am a mom of 3 year old . I got my menstrual cycle in this month already and it got over and again after a week I got it again and now it is kind of more than 7 days . It’s not yet over. Is it normal or is it some sort of miscarriage . I am not able to figure it out.can you please give me some feedbacks on this?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It can be due to hormonal imbalances also. Please eat healthy food items like fresh fruits and dry fruits. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. Please use proper contraceptive measures to avoid any kind of accidental pregnancy till the periods become regular. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances. Thanks and take care
